We stock a wide range of boiler parts for all popular appliances so you can be at ease yourboiler will likely be fixed on the first visit. Our engineers will always call 30 minutes prior to arrival so youwon't have to sit in and wait around for us all day, we will always be as flexible as possible. On the rareoccasion we cannot make a repair on the initial call out, we will always leave contract customerswith a source of heat.

5 Star Cover
Our fully compressive cover includes any boiler or system faults and includes an annual service.We cover the repair of any emergency leaks that may occur on your boiler/heating system. Includedin the cover is unlimited call outs with no excess to pay, parts and labour included. This is a greatproduct for customers who’s boiler is out of its manufacture warranty and require the peace of mindone of our experienced engineers will be at your service as quickly as possible.
3 Star Cover (boiler service and full system cover)
Our 3 star cover is tailored specifically for customers who are within the warranty period for their boiler.We offer peace of mind covering all aspects of the system including pumps, motorised valves, timers,thermostats and radiators. 3 star cover also includes the annual service on the boiler, keeping your warranties valid. We will dealwith the manufacture directly should you have any boiler related faults. System related faults will becovered by SHS.
1 Star Cover (service only)
Our 1 star cover is perfect for customers who have recently had a new boiler fitted which is still under manufacture warranty. The annual service will validate the warranty and we’ll remind you when it’s due.We have found that many people forget their annual service which invalidates the manufacture warrantyon the boiler. In the event of a boiler breakdown, we contact the manufacture on your behalf of our 1 starcustomers to arrange a visit.
