Central Heating usually breaks down during a cold spell. When it breaks down and you are told that the parts are not available, it means you need a new boiler. This is where we needed to find someone fast. Ryan from Surrey Heating Specialist came to our rescue. All it took was texting him a few photos. He gave us a few options and after agreeing the model and it’s costs, he sent someone the next working day. Our heating is back on and we can’t thank enough Ryan and Tyler for making this happen. Much appreciated to both of you.

I had another opportunity to experience great service from Surrey Heating this week. My boiler finally gave up last Sunday. I called SHS on Monday, and had a shiny new Baxi unit, fitted, tested and working by Tuesday afternoon. Fabulous service, once again. Recently had the guys at Surrey Heating Specialists install a new boiler, remove and replace some radiators, and tidy up all the pipework as part of refurbishment work at my flat. Couldn't recommend them enough. From the moment I reached out for a quote their communication was fantastic. I really appreciated the video explanation that accompanied the quote, and the options that were given as part of this. There was a bit of back and forth about plans, and they (Ryan and co.) were always polite and responsive. They also liaised directly with my builder which made the process very easy for me. On the morning of the work, I had a phone call from Anthony to inform me he had arrived and he then did a walk around with me to confirm some of the finer points. Once work was complete, I had another walk around to explain exactly what was done. All in all, really pleased with the quality of the work carried out. The three guys that attended were incredibly friendly. I will definitely recommend Surrey Heating Specialists to friends and family in the future!

Very accommodating in finding a booking to pressurise the central heating system along with booking visits to diagnose the problem. Engineer was friendly and informative. Overall great service. Highly recommend.
