Paul was friendly, efficient, and took the time to check the radiators while servicing the boiler. He also gave useful tips on adjusting for the winter. Very satisfied with the service. Also impressed with the paperless process and getting all of the paperwork done instantly 😎

Update 1 - Nov 2024: I had a Hive smart thermostat installed. It was Paul who came back to installed it. He helped me through the set it up process, and advised on how to adjust the settings to make it more efficient 🙌

Update 2 - Jan 2025: I had additional work done and chose Surrey Heating Specialists again! :D

Update 3 - September 2025 - still 5⭐️! And it was Paul again as well. 😎

Update 4 - March 2026 - Still 5⭐️ after today’s heating repairs.

and fixed it.
To prevent a repeat suggested a solution which I agreed with. He returned right on the appointment time and replaced worn parts. At all times he was polite, efficient and informative.

Central Heating usually breaks down during a cold spell. When it breaks down and you are told that the parts are not available, it means you need a new boiler. This is where we needed to find someone fast. Ryan from Surrey Heating Specialist came to our rescue. All it took was texting him a few photos. He gave us a few options and after agreeing the model and it’s costs, he sent someone the next working day. Our heating is back on and we can’t thank enough Ryan and Tyler for making this happen.
