Cannot recommend highly enough - I live in Wales but I'm selling a house in Surrey for a relative that has died and I urgently needed a boiler service and gas safety certificate for the buyer. Surrey heating specialists were able to fit a visit in at very short notice for a day I was up in Surrey. Their communication and updates were excellent and the engineer (Terry) who did the work was very thorough and professional. I would add that their pricing was very reasonable. By the end of the visit I had all the paperwork I needed - I only wish they covered Wales as I would definitely use them for our heating services! A very happy customer.

Paul was friendly, efficient, and took the time to check the radiators while servicing the boiler. He also gave useful tips on adjusting for the winter. Very satisfied with the service. Also impressed with the paperless process and getting all of the paperwork done instantly 😎

Update 1 - Nov 2024: I had a Hive smart thermostat installed. It was Paul who came back to installed it. He helped me through the set it up process, and advised on how to adjust the settings to make it more efficient 🙌

Update 2 - Jan 2025: I had additional work done and chose Surrey Heating Specialists again! :D

Update 3 - September 2025 - still 5⭐️! And it was Paul again as well. 😎

Super efficient from booking the appointment to updates on engineer time to the very efficient and friendly engineer Terry. Showed us a small problem we had took pictures, obtained serial number so we could contact Worcester as under guarantee still.Great job lovely company will be using them again for sure. Thank you.
