In the unfortunate event that your boiler breaks down or you have a leaking pipe, SHS service plan customers are fully taken care of. With a super fast response, our team of specialists repair over 90% of boilers on the first visit and always get to customers within  24 hours of the issue being reported.

We stock a wide range of boiler parts for all popular appliances so you can rest assured that you won't have to wait for parts to come through the post to get your heating back online.

Our engineers will always call 30 minutes prior to arrival so you know when we will arrive and we will always try to be as flexible as possible.

On the rare  occasion we cannot make a repair on the initial call out, we will always leave contract customers  with a source of heat.

5 Star Cover

Our fully comprehensive cover includes any boiler or system fault and includes a yearly maintenance inspection. Included in the cover is unlimited call-outs with no excess to pay and covers all parts and labour.

We give our 5 star service contract customers a priority service. We usually try to attend on the same day but if this is not possible we would attend within 24 hours.

This is a fantastic product for a boiler which is out of warranty and the customer wants piece of mind that one of our experienced engineers would be at your service as quickly as possible.

3 Star Cover

Our 3 star cover is tailored specifically for a boiler which is within the warranty period and the customer requires the rest of the system to be covered in the event of a fault. This covers all external parts from the boiler like the pump, motorised valves, radiators, timers and thermostats.

The 3 star cover includes an annual service to keep your manufacturers service log book up to date and keeping any warranty valid. We would also liaise with the manufacturer in the event of a boiler related fault.

1 Star Cover

Our 1 star cover is perfect for customers who have recently had a new boiler fitted and is still under warranty. The annual service validates the warranty and we would remind you a month before it expires.

We have found a lot of people forget to have their boiler serviced and this can invalidate the warranty.

Why Us?

We are a local company that cares passionately about the level of service to our customers. Unlike some major providers, we are not looking to void your cover in the event of a breakdown which is why we have chosen to cover any parts that breakdown due to sludge and scale.

We are currently the only company in the country that offers this fully comprehensive cover.

We decided to incorporate this into our cover as all of our engineers have previously worked for major providers and felt those companies were more interested in not covering a fault due to sludge and not covering them until they had a powerflush completed at a cost of over £750 – in most cases this is not required!

Our approach is to change the part and if required, under the agreement we will carry out a chemical flush. We are looking to keep our customers happy and have a transparent comprehensive level of cover.

All our engineers have at least ten years experience. You will always have the same 2/3 engineers visit you. We have a dedicated WhatsApp number which you can message at anytime if you need general advice from an engineer or if you wanted to book a service.

We believe our level of service is second to none. We carry a substantial range of boiler spares on our vans enabling us to get your system up and running as quickly as possible.
